Hilary & Corey’s Intimate Backyard Summer Wedding near Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver.

Intimate backyard weddings are one of my favorite to photograph. We were able to catch those special personal moments between Hilary, Corey, and their closest family and friends. Summer weddings in North Vancouver can be unpredictable—especially being up the mountains near Grouse Mountain. But Hilary & Corey were well prepared for rain which made for a perfectly cozy atmosphere. After the ceremony in their romantic backyard setting, we made our way to the start of the Capilano Trail at the Cleveland Dam. Then we made our way back up to their parent’s backyard near Grouse Mountain  for the reception. Where they continued to dance the night away with their closest friends and family. If you’re thinking of doing an intimate backyard wedding, this gallery is proof that it’s always a great idea!
