But if you've landed on this page, you know it's also important to slow down and savour moments together as a family. Time is ticking so dang fast, and all you've got are those iPhone photos to show for it. And they certainly don't do your family justice.
While I can't slow down time, I can capture memories beautifully. So let's book time in your day to celebrate family. Once that's done, you can leave the rest to me.

I'll find the beauty in your chaos
Everyone can relate to that feeling of life rushing past you. But I've heard when you raise a family, it's moving at ten times the speed.
I can see the evidence in my own life. There are tons of photos of my sister and me as newborns. But once we could walk—let's just say my parents' hands were full. Taking photos as a family was out of the picture. It was pure chaos.
There are people who find beauty in chaos. I'm one of those people. So don't worry about your kids' unpredictable bursts of energy (or meltdowns). Don't worry about spills and stains. Don't worry about posing just right. I'm here to take photos candidly, genuinely, as you are.

Please fill out the contact form below with your preferred date, and you'll receive a response in 24-48 hours. Please note that I strongly recommend shooting close to sunset (no matter the season) because it offers the best lighting. While it may not align with nap time, the results are oh-so-beautiful!

We've done what we could to prepare for your family session. Now it's time to let loose. Be who you are—and I'll weave in and out to catch those split-second tender interactions and genuine smiles. All the candid moments you thought went unseen will show up in your gallery. I promise.

You'll receive your beautiful family photos in 3-4 weeks. You'll receive an online digital gallery with high-resolution images. But if you're itching to print some as well, you can order prints, or a photo album, directly from your gallery!

Together, we'll chat and make a plan for your session. I'm here every step of the way to discuss the location, activities, and clothing, so you and your family can arrive feeling prepared. (And ready to have some fun!)

3 Tips for Rocking Your Family Session

Don't spend your session wrangling your little ones. In fact, I encourage you to get in there and get dirty with them! If you're all having fun, it'll show through in the photos.

As the person sitting behind the camera lens, I know which colours and prints photograph great and which ones don't.
As a group, it's important to work with the landscape and choose neutrals that compliment each other (while not being too matchy-matchy.) Let's find the balance together, so everyone looks and feels their best.

Let's go into this session eager to create something we could've never imagined. It's okay if these photos don't like your Pinterest board. Every family is different. Let's embrace that.
